How do I place an order?

Shopping with Gorgeoustyles is easy. Just follow the steps below.

1. Log on to www.gorgeoustyles.com.

2. Find your favourite brands or products available in our website.

3. Chat with our Customer Service if you need any Skin Consultation or Product Recommendation.

4.  Click ‘Add to Cart' with your desired quantity.

5. To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.

6. After confirm your orders, you can enter Voucher Code or Promo Code if you have any before making payment.

7. Proceed to make your payment by clicking ‘Checkout’ button and your order summary will appear for your review. 

8. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.

9. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

10. After your payment is done, our system will automatically receive your order and we will process your order accordingly.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we're not able to make any further changes like shipping method upgrades or change in quantities for your beauty haul.

As Gorgeoustyles is not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided, we always suggest reviewing your order and shipping details before you check out!

Do you process orders during Public Holidays?

While we'd love for you to get your order as soon as possible, our warehouse will still process your orders. If our courier partner are closed on Public Holidays, we would like to seek your kind understanding in having your orders or parcels ship on the next working day.
